Asian Journeys’ Eagle Eye Youth Leadership Development programme Is designed to develop youth leaders interested to embark on a journey of self-development to become an effective and self-motivated leader, able to grow as a person of greatness and able to influence and impact others.  

The training pathway comprises five modules of developmental programmes beginning from self-awareness, self-development, service involvement, to leadership development and mentoring skills, which will help a youth leader hone his or her leadership mindset and skill sets for a life-long journey as a global youth, an activistic leader and useful contributor to society.

The philosophy of the programme is based on affirming individual self-worth, nurturing character and values essential for success, designing developmental assets and life skills for youth leadership and involving practical participation in the community for youths as shapers of our future world.
